You Don’t Have to Hold Onto What’s Breaking You: Signs It’s Time to Walk Away From a Toxic Relationship
Sometimes the hardest thing isn’t leaving a toxic relationship… it’s admitting that what you’re holding onto is the very thing breaking you.
We stay because of hope.
We stay because of memories.
We stay because we invested so much time, love, and sacrifice.
But love should not cost you your peace, your dignity, your safety, or your mental health.
Here are signs that holding on is hurting you more than healing you:
• You feel anxious or on edge around them
• You walk on eggshells to avoid conflict
• You question your reality or minimize your pain
• You feel emotionally alone even when you’re together
• You keep telling yourself “it’s not that bad”… while your body says otherwise
You don’t have to keep carrying what is crushing your spirit.
Letting go isn’t failure. Sometimes, letting go is self-respect.
If this is hitting close to home, I want to walk with you through this.
I’m hosting a workshop that teaches you what’s actually happening in your brain and body in toxic relationships, why it’s so hard to leave, and how to begin breaking free in a healthy, empowered way.
You don’t have to do this alone.
