What Is Self Care?

We all know that we should be taking care of ourselves, but it's hard to know where to start or what counts as "self-care."

It's easy to feel guilty about taking time for yourself when there are so many things that need to get done. And sometimes it feels like self-care is another thing on our never-ending To-Do list.

Most of us feel guilty when we take the time for ourselves. We think we should be working, cleaning, or doing something else productive instead.

We all know that self-care is important, but it's hard to make time for it in our busy lives.

It seems like every day there's another thing dying for our attention and taking up our time. Before we know it, our day has flown by and we've done nothing to take care of ourselves.

What Is Self Care learning to take a priority in your life? Here are simple tips and ideas that will help you feel great without spending hours on complicated rituals or treatments.

It is taking care of yourself, body, mind, and spirit and doing things that help yu feel good. Actually, better than good.

  2. What were you doing to take care of yourself?

  3. What did your daily activity look like?

  4. What routines were you fulfilling that were important to you and helped you feel your best?

  5. Were you consistent in choosing yourself? Explain
