Physical Self Care

When was the last time you took time out for yourself? Not to work, or clean, or run errands, but to just be still and do nothing?

Relax your mind and give yourself some physical care? It can be easy to let yourself go without taking care of yourself physically, especially when you're busy. But it's important not to forget.

Taking time out to care for yourself can remind you and others that you and your well-being matter. So make some time for a little self-care today. Whether that means going for a walk outside, taking a bath, reading your favorite book, or something else entirely different, make sure to take at least 30 minutes for yourself today!

It feels like we're constantly being told that in order to be successful, we need to put our own needs last. We're so busy taking care of everyone else that we don't have time for ourselves.

This isn't sustainable. Not only are you not taking care of yourself, but you're also not taking care of the people who rely on you. You can't be your best self if you're always running on empty.

Physical self-care is about making time for yourself each and every day. It's about accepting yourself for who you are and giving yourself the love and compassion that you deserve. When you take care of yourself, you're better able to take care of others.

It's hard to find time to take care of yourself physically. Between work, family, and social obligations, there never seems to be enough hours in the day.

Not only is it hard to find time for physical self-care, but it can also be expensive. Gym memberships, yoga classes, and healthy foods all tend to be pricey.

Physical self-care doesn't have to be expensive or time-consuming. In fact, there are plenty of free and easy ways to take care of yourself physically. All you need is a little bit of creativity and motivation. Here are some ideas:

1) Take a walk outside every day. Fresh air is great for your mind and body.

2) Stretch for 10 minutes each morning before you start your day. This will help you feel more limber throughout the day.

3) Drink plenty of water each day. Dehydration can lead to fatigue and other health problems.
