Some individuals don’t just express emotion—they perform it.

This pattern can include dramatic storytelling, exaggerated emotional reactions, loud or over-the-top expressions, and a strong need to always be seen, noticed, or validated.

In some cases, emotional or sexual expression becomes part of the performance itself—used to gain attention rather than build real connection.

This is not about diagnosing anyone, but about recognizing behavioral patterns that often overlap with narcissistic and attention-seeking traits.
