Gaslighting is meant to exhaust you

Gaslighting Is Meant to Exhaust You—And It Will Continue Unless You Stop It

Lesson:

Gaslighting is one of the most frustrating forms of emotional abuse because you know what you experienced is real—yet you’re constantly made to doubt yourself. The confusion, second-guessing, and emotional fatigue aren’t accidents. They are intentional.

If nothing changes, this pattern will repeat for the rest of your life—with the same person or a different one. Awareness is the first step, but action is what breaks the cycle. You don’t have to keep proving your reality to someone who benefits from denying it. Choosing clarity, boundaries, and support is choosing yourself.

Invitation:

If you’re ready to stop the cycle and regain your confidence, I invite you to join the Toxic Relationship Workshop and our ongoing membership community where you’ll learn how to recognize gaslighting, protect your mind, and rebuild your strength.
